You can get ready for
bedtime by saying goodnight to the different parts of
your body! Elmo can’t fall asleep, and he learns to use
monster meditation to help himself calm down to help
get ready for bed. He takes soothing belly breaths and
plays Goodnight Body (like progressive muscle
relaxation) by wiggling each part of his body and relaxing it, to say goodnight to
each part of his body.
